The
Therapies/Services described below or on other pages are not magic bullets
or cure alls. A healthy balanced body is the result of a well-rounded
program of exercise and proper diet. Health is everything we do, say, hear,
see, and eat. Therapies are only tools to help restore balance in the
body. Healthy eating habits, nutritional supplementation, and a positive
open mind are also recommended to restore the body to balance.

Sauna sessions can be a stand alone therapy or may be done in
conjunction with any of the other therapies offered at Accelerated Wellness. The
TheraSauna uses
a FAR Infrared
radiant heat source similar to those used by doctors and physical therapists. The
health benefits attributed to dry infrared radiant heat are incredible and
include but are not limited to:
Dilate blood vessels and capillaries providing
increased flow of rich oxygenated blood to muscles and joints.
Reduce muscle spasms and promote healing of injured
and sore muscles fibers.
Improves flow of Lymph System to reduce swelling and
inflammation.
Stimulates cellular and enzyme activity.
Promotes the adhesion and osmosis of water molecules
across the cellular membrane.
I highly recommend sauna sessions before and/or after any of the
therapies offered at Accelerated Wellness the sauna will enhance the benefits of
any therapy. Remember though, if you want, you can just get a 30-minute sauna
session and not do any of the other therapies offered.At just $20 for a 30

Infratonic 8000 Therapy-The
Infratonic 8000 is a wonderful machine that I use in virtually every session
at no charge to the client. It is classified by
the FDA as a
510(k) Therapeutic Massager.
The Chaotic Alpha of the INFRATONIC 8000 penetrates deeply
into the area of injury or pain, dissolving encapsulated trauma and other
obstructions in and around the injury site which have been causing pain and

Gua Sha
Used in China for more than two thousand years, gua sha means to scrape toxins.
A method of promoting blood circulation and removing toxic heat, blood, and
lymph from the body, gua sha involves scraping the skin with a flat tool to
facilitate pain relief. Olive oil and herbs are usually applied to the skin to
open pores, increase deep cleansing, and improve circulation.
I use Olive Gold 03, a topical Virgin Olive
Oil that has been infused with Ozone. Ozone turns to oxygen within a few
hours of application to the body. Your muscles, actually your entire body
loves oxygen because oxygen is cleansing. OG3 also contains vitamins A,B,C.D

Simple Explanation:
Muscle testing works on the assumption that the body
is an electrical piece of equipment, which is controlled by incredibly
complex computer, namely the brain. The brain is continually in
communication with each of the 639 muscle in the body. If a muscle is
electrically in balance, it is possible to measure a constant electrical
signal from the brain to the muscle and back again, much the same as two
faxes “talking” to each other. However, when the body is overstressed
