If your resolution is to loose weight, start eating better and to feel better, an excellent place to start is with Multi-Cleanse Formulas. Part l & ll were designed to be taken together in the morning and evening as a complete internal cleanser. Start with 1 tablet of each both morning and evening. They should be taken on an empty stomach to maximize absorption and minimize bloating and gas. The best time to take them is about a half hour before breakfast and a half hour before dinner. How To Increase: Gradually increase your intake of each product by 1 tablet every other morning and evening until you're achieving 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets of product twice daily. If you experience diarrhea simply, simply decrease the dosage of Multi Fiber tablets. Be sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. How To Adjust: The number of tablets you take should be tailored to suit you. Don't be afraid to experiment with the dosage with the Multi-Fiber tablets, some people need only 1 tablet in the morning to to feel the positive effects, others need more. Try to find the minimum number of Multi-Fiber tablets your body needs to achieve 2 to 3 good bowel movements per day. Each person is different; only your body can tell you the exact amount you need. With Multi-Herb tablets, increase to s minimum of 3 to 4 in the morning, and 3 to 4 in the evening for a good cleansing dose. When To Stop: Just as you increased the dosage when you started taking Multi-Cleanse Formula, you should decrease the dosage as your body starts to digest and eliminate more efficiently on it's own. For some people, this takes 2 to 3 months and for others it takes longer.. Your body will tell you how much and how long to take Multi-Cleanse Formula. This process can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3-6 months depending on how toxic your body is. When you begin to see signs of persistently soft stool, decrease your tablet intake by 1 Multi-Fiber tablet. Maintain the new lower dose, until you experience loose stools again. Continue to decrease in this fashion until your body eliminates 2 to 3 times per day without taking Multi-Cleanse Formula. Positive results may take one or two weeks for some people so, don't give up on the program. Give the program time to retrain and rebuild your body's natural eliminative and digestive process. How To Maintain: Even after you have stopped taking Multi-Cleanse Formula, it is important that you continue to have 2-3 bowel movements per day if possible.
