Cellfood----A Need for Everyone Most people don't realize how nutritional deficiencies can lead to disease. Because our soils have been depleted of minerals, many fruits and vegetables now have less that 12 of the over 70 minerals that we need--and that were present in our food 100 years ago. Pollution has led to the depletion of oxygen in our atmosphere, from as much as 38 to 50% to less than 21% today. We are simply not designed to breathe air with as little as 21% oxygen in it. Our bodies need oxygen, water, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. With a reduction of oxygen in the atmosphere, cellular oxygenation decreases.
