Modern Reflexology......
Ancient Therapies Through Modern Technologies

How do the boots works?
Complimenting Therapies

What is Reflexology?

There are 7200 nerve endings in the bottom of each foot. These nerve endings pass up the body crossing over different organs glands and structures within the system. By applying pressure to reflex points on the bottom of the feet we can affect changes in the rest of the body. Stimulation of these points can help break up toxic blockages in the body’s organs to be eliminated by the body’s waste removal system. Eliminating the body of harmful toxins helps facilitate the body’s ability to heal itself. Reflexology continues to work internally for three days making it a great stand alone bodywork modality.

Traditionally, reflexology is performed by a therapist who has been trained to give the correct amount of manual pressure to the specific reflex points on the feet. Through innovative concepts and modern technological advancements it is now possible to obtain a more effective reflexology treatment. The Modern Reflexology System is the key to a more efficient and time effective treatment.

What is the Modern Reflexology System?

The Modern Reflexology System is a unique treatment that uses specially designed, air compressed boots to give a concentrated form of reflexology. In a time where smaller amount of something in a higher concentration is preferred, the Modern Reflexology System is the equivalent to three, one hour manual treatments.

How Does the Modern Reflexology System Work?

The Modern Reflexology System boots are the key to this advanced wellness treatment. Air is evacuated from the plastic covering of the boots, creating an even, constant pressure over the entire foot and shins. The boot’s special design, coupled with this consistent pressure, ensures that all of the reflex points are stimulated….at the same time. I hate to admit it, but this universal stimulation allows the body to release toxins and other blockages thoroughly and more effectively than a manual treatment.

NOTE: An interesting aspect of this treatment is the discoloration on the feet when the boots are removed. The compression causes specific colors to appear on the reflexes of the feet, indicating blockages in the body. These colors remain on the feet for several seconds providing a colored “map” for the therapist and client to see what organs of the body are imbalanced.

The second stage of the Modern Reflexology System is the placing of suction cups in the middle of each foot. When it comes to reflexology this is the solar plexus acupuncture area. This stage of the treatment helps create a state of relaxation and aid in balancing and harmonizing the body.

The Modern Reflexology System is safe and effective and is now available at Accelerated Wellness.

Complimenting Therapies

Modern Reflexology Boots are but another "tool" to help with cleansing and regaining your health, but that is exactly what they are.... a “tool” to help you get what you want which is, I hope, better health.

Think about it this way. Let’s say you need a ˝  inch hole in something so you go to the hardware store that has lots of tools and you buy a ˝ drill bit to accomplish this. In addition to the drill bit you purchase a drill to power the drill bit. All you really wanted was a ˝ inch hole, not a drill and bit!

Like the hardware store, the reflexology boots is but one of the tools at my disposal to help you regain your health. Virtually all of the therapies available at Accelerated Wellness are designed to aid in the elimination of toxins. Yes, even massage therapy aids in the elimination of toxins by breaking up the toxins stored in your muscle tissues.
