Muscle Testing

Muscle testing is also referred to as Applied Kinesiology. The body is not as much of a liar as the conscious mind is. It is much more likely to give an honest assessment of what is going on than the person's analytical thinking is. The body will give answers to things that are submerged and unknown to the conscious processes, and it will give answers without being biased by wishful thinking or social maneuvering.

The interesting thing is that muscle testing works just as well on mental or emotional issues as on physical body parts. Basically one can put one's attention on something and then test for a weak or strong response.

The video below, by Dr. Mark Mincolla is one of the better explanations and demonstrations of Muscle Testing and it's uses I've seen.

As you saw in Dr. Mincolla's demonstration, we can get very specific with Muscle Testing.  Not only did Adam's body tell him what foods his body wanted but it also told him how many ounces of each. 
 

Why I Muscle Test Prior to Colon Hydrotherapy

• To determine if colon hydrotherapy is a priority and will be beneficial for you.

• Because there are contraindications for doing colon hydrotherapy, I Muscle Test to determine if there are any contraindications for you receiving a colonic session. This is for your peace of mind and safety. 

• Just as Dr. Mincolla was able to get very specific with Adam's body, I can ask very specific questions to determine how many sessions you need and how far apart your sessions should be, in order to accomplish your goals for doing colon hydrotherapy.

• Remember in the video when Dr. Mincolla asked about Adam's organs and Adam's Lungs were a -2? I ask your body similar questions to find out if your colon/digestive system needs nutritional help/support.

Muscle Testing can tell you many things about your body and what you can do to help it heal itself as well as prevent future disease. But, it's up to you as to whether or not you want to listen to what your body is telling you!
